Martyna chose a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates course to develop her thoughtfully designed classes.

This ensures for mindful movement with precision and strengthening the whole body in a balanced way. Her own fitness journey began with exhaustion, chronic pain, and hormonal imbalances, and through Pilates she found healing and balance. Today, her mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies and feel strong and supported from within.
